These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, platform and services (the "Service") provided by Crawza ("Crawza", "we"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Crawza is an AI-powered, multi-tenant e-commerce platform that lets users build and manage an online store without writing code. The scope, features and limits of the Service may vary based on the subscription plan you choose.

2. Account and Membership

Some parts of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Fees and Payment

Paid plans are offered at the monthly fees stated on the pricing page. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their security standards. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for purposes that are unlawful, infringe third-party rights, are misleading, contain malware, or endanger the security or operation of the Service. Sale of illegal goods or content, spam and fraud are prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Store Owner Responsibility

Users who open a store on Crawza are themselves responsible for the products and services they sell, their obligations to their customers, their own privacy and return policies, and compliance with applicable tax and consumer law. Crawza is not responsible for tenant store content.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, design, brand and content of the Service belong to Crawza or its licensors. Content you upload to your store remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Availability and Changes

We may change, add or remove features to improve the Service. Access may be temporarily interrupted for planned maintenance or technical reasons. The Service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crawza is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profit. The Service is provided "as is".

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a breach of these Terms. You may end the relationship by cancelling your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices in Turkiye shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
